Our Team

To guarantee real quality care for the children that are with us we ensure the recruitment and retention of high-calibre management and staff and an evolving, vibrant and dynamic, successful and solid staff team. The team profile is of mixed gender, blending experience and best practice with enthusiasm and commitment. All care staff have either attained or are in the process of attaining NVQ Level III in Health & Social Care. Our success is based on engendering a blend of pride in belonging to a highly successful team, and encouraging a stakeholder mentality so that each staff member feels significant. Structures and systems, training and support are in place to facilitate the team in its objectives with regard to the children accommodated in the home or educated in the school.
